The clever pasta technicians at Riscossa have replaced the normal Durum wheat base in their pasta with a combination of rice, corn and quinoa flour. The result is this great spaghetti which retains all of the flavour & texture of the original with none of the gluten! We have provided a few ideas below to get you started:
- Why not make your next Spaghetti Bolognese gluten free? We promise Nonna would approve!
- Simply boil and drain the pasta and then run through some green pesto and anchovies for a super speedy and delicious dinner!
