Green peppercorns come from the same plant as black peppercorns but because they are harvested when they are young they retain their beautiful green colour. The taste is also very simmilar to black peppercorns in terms of 'pepperiness' but have an almost lighter taste to them. Use green peppercorns when cooking:
- French cuisine in dishes like Steak Au Poivr.
- Use to season dishes with goats cheese, or dips.
- Make your own pepper blend with black and white peppercorns.
