aleppo pepper

Aleppo Pepper (250g)

Aleppo pepper is named after the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, coming from a burgandy chilli named the Halaby pepper. Once these peppers are grown to full size theyre picked, semi- dried and de-seeded and coarsely ground.

The heat is milder than regular chilli falkes, so you use aleppo as a flavour enhancer. A slow bulding heat with almost fruity under tonnes - why don't you try some today?
